Designed as a true pied-à-terre, located in a Villa next to the hotel, these 4 exceptional apartments offer all the comfort, ambience and services of the Saint James Paris, right in the heart of the capital's most sought-after districts, just a few steps from Avenue Victor Hugo.
Created in 2023, Villa Saint James is the fruit of the creative vision of renowned interior designer Laura Gonzalez. Similar to the Saint James Paris, which she completely renovated from 2020 to 2022, each apartment at the Villa Saint James tells a unique story, like treasures gleaned from faraway journeys, creating a timeless and captivating universe.
Each space at Villa Saint James is a centerpiece, evocative of memories for each resident. Like a precious find, with a quirky charm, it transports its guests into an artistic universe, and guarantees immersion in a chic, modern and timeless Paris.
Lamoureux Apartment: Romantic and exclusive
Nestled on the top floor of Villa Saint James, the Lamoureux apartment plays the romantic touch with its bedroom under the roof and bathroom mixing modernity and tradition, all overlooking the Saint James Paris’ chateau. A private, 95-square-foot terrace extends from the kitchen, overlooking the Villa's private garden. Lamoureux apartment accommodates up to 4 people in 645 square feet.
Courbet Apartment: Parisian by excellence
On the 3rd floor, the Courbet Apartment stands out for its brightness. Bathed in natural light, it features a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom, and a dressing room leading to a vast living room enlarged by a winter garden. The 100-square-foot terrace overlooks the Villa's private garden. The Courbet Apartment accommodates up to 4 people in 750 square feet.
Victor Hugo Apartment: Chic and poetic
With its view over the garden and the Parisian rooftops, the Victor Hugo apartment embodies the quintessence of Parisian art de vivre. Communicating with the Deluxe room on the same floor, it offers almost 860-square-feet of space, including two bedrooms with private bathrooms. Victor Hugo Apartment accommodates up to 4 people in 485 to 860 square feet.
Longchamp Apartment: Bucolic and hedonistic
On the second floor, the Longchamp apartment offers a spacious living room, winter garden and kitchen opening onto the villa’s private garden, while the bedroom in the front of the apartment overlooks the Saint James Paris. This bucolic pied-à-terre can accommodate up to 7 people, communicating with the 2-bedroom Suite on the garden level, offering 1,400 square feet of interior space. The Suite also has a 100 square foot terrace. Longchamp apartment sleeps up to 7 in 807 to 1,400 square feet.
Luxury Villa with Hotel Serivces
Residents of the Villa Saint James enjoy full access to the hotel services of Saint James Paris, including its Michelin-starred Bellefeuille restaurant - and the cuisine of its chef Julien Dumas - the emblematic library bar, room service available from 7am to 10pm, the Terrace and garden, the Guerlain Spa, as well as wellness and fitness facilities.
To complete the experience, a Villa Manager ensures that every stay is a memorable one, perfectly tailored to the needs of our guests. From running errands to coordinating exclusive activities and providing a private chef, everything is done to make guests' daily lives easier and more enjoyable.
Apartments can be booked separately or combined to suit individual needs. Villa Saint James can also be rented as a whole, for up to 12 people (and 7 children with the sofa beds), offering the perfect balance between privacy and conviviality.

About Saint James Paris
Saint James Paris (www.saint-james-paris.com) is a 50-room-and-suite hotel and private club set in a neoclassical chateau surrounded by private gardens in Paris’ 16th arrondissement. The hotel’s Guerlain spa is one of only two in the city outside of the Guerlain Institute, and its 50-foot pool enjoys natural light from a skylight overhead. Renowned Chef Julien Dumas helms the restaurant, Bellefeuille, which focuses on fresh and eco-responsible ingredients for its dishes and evening tasting menus. Vegetables on the menu are grown in the hotel’s organic garden south of Paris and brought to the Saint James by electric van. The restaurant is open to the public for dinner. The library bar maintains its leather-bound volumes from when the chateau served its first residents, scholars from the Thiers Foundation, started by the widow of the former French President Adolphe Thiers, who had the chateau built in 1892. Saint James Paris and its sister hotel, Relais Christine in the Latin Quarter, are owned by the Bertrand family and both are members of Relais & Chateaux.
