Reopened in June 2024 after a full transformation, the Balzac is a tribute to the golden years of the Champs-Elysées in a subdued, refined style. The hotel lounge serves a la carte breakfast and a full dining menu available day-round. Guests can relax at the Japan-inspired spa Ikoi and enjoy drinks at the speakeasy bar. Many of the hotel’s rooms feature Juliette balconies; some with large balconies and an Eiffel Tower view. The top floor is composed of two Suites with open air terraces overlooking the Eiffel Tower.
