VILLA CRESPI & LAQUA RESORTS, ITALY

Villa Crespi Restaurant, 2 Michelin stars

Cannavacciuolo Countryside, 1 Michelin stars


Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo and his wife Cinzia Primatesta are the patrons of the 2-Michelin-star restaurant within their luxury 5-star Villa Crespi on Italy's Lake Orta (top row). Masterchef Cannavacciuolo's menus are characterized by excellent raw materials and creative Mediterranean dishes, and before he apprenticed in the kitchen, he trained at hotelier school.

The couple has recently added to their hotel collection with more modern-styled boutique properties: Laqua by the Sea in Sorrento; Laqua Countryside in Sorrento with a 1-Michelin starred restaurant; Laqua by the Lake on Lake Orta; and Laqua Vineyard in Pisa.

SAINT JAMES PARIS

Bellefeuille, 1 Michelin Star


This spring, Chef Julien Dumas was awarded a Michelin star for Bellefeuille, the new restaurant at the newly renovated Saint James Paris hotel. The year-old Bellefeuille is part of the rebirth of the hotel and private club, the only chateau-hotel in Paris, which has just completed a total renovation to its interiors, gardens, spa and restaurants. An outdoor terrace restaurant, also helmed by Dumas, opened this summer.

Chef Dumas is fully committed to preserving biodiversity. Through constant sourcing work, he favors artisans of land and sea who practice responsible methods. The vegetables on his menu are grown in the hotel’s organic garden south of Paris and brought to the Saint James by electric van.

MANDARIN ORIENTAL, MILAN

Seta, 2 Michelin Stars


Helmed by acclaimed chef Antonio Guida, Seta, the Mandarin Oriental, Milan's two-Michelin-starred restaurant is Milan’s most coveted table. Fusing traditional techniques with an innovative gastronomic edge that has earned his recognition, Chef Guida’s menu presents an inventive and contemporary approach to Italian cuisine.

Nestled within the hotel’s second courtyard, Seta’s timeless design offers the perfect backdrop for Chef Guida’s dishes. Striking glass windows merge the inner and outer spaces, offering guests the opportunity to dine outside during the warmer seasons. Inside, a visible kitchen showcases the team at work, creating culinary theatre.

La Grand'Vigne, 2 Michelin stars

Awarded two stars in the Michelin Guide, the gastronomic restaurant La Grand'Vigne within Bordeaux's Les Sources de Caudalie immerses guests in the vineyard and the world of the chef Nicolas Masse.Sublime ingredients from their organic vegetable gardens carefully selected by the chef, or from the best local producers, reveal the richness of Bordeaux.

SAINT JAMES'S HOTEL AND CLUB, LONDON

Seven Park Place, 1 Michelin star


Executive Head Chef William Drabble oversees all the dining concepts at the St. James's Hotel and Club, whether it's the Michelin-starred restaurant Seven Park Place, room service, private dining or the hotel's informal dining space, 1857 The Bar.

The menus in London's St. James's Hotel and Club change seasonally and are composed of fine French cuisine with the ‘Best of British’ ingredients. Every menu receives the same care and attention to create the finest culinary experiences. Drabble's philosophy is to retain the natural aroma and taste of the best ingredients available.

TSCHUGGEN HOTEL GROUP, SWITZERLAND

Carlton Hotel's Da Vittorio, 2 Michelin stars
Hotel Eden Roc's La Brezza, 1 Michelin star


Conceived by the Cerea family in Italy, the Da Vittorio restaurant at Carlton Hotel St. Moritz offers authentic, Italian-based award-winning dishes created by family member Paolo Rota served in a very relaxed setting.

The outstanding performance in the kitchen by the Italian gourmet dynasty continues to impress Michelin Guide critics who awarded the restaurant a Michelin star after the restaurant’s very first winter season. A second star followed in February 2020. The GaultMillau guide awarded the fine-dining restaurant 18 points and described it as Switzerland's best Italian restaurant.

At sister property, Hotel Eden Roc in Ascona on Lake Maggiore in southern Switzerland, The Restaurant La Brezza earned 1 Michelin Star and 17 GaultMillau Points. La Brezza offers sophisticated gourmet cuisine. GaultMillau crowned its 30-year-old chef Marco Campanella "Discovery of the Year 2019 in Ticino."

He says, "La Brezza means summer breeze in Italian – and this is what we incorporate into our dishes and our light, crisp, and fresh way of cooking. We use local products wherever possible and are inspired by the surroundings of Ticino.“
