Cannavacciuolo Countryside, 1 Michelin stars
Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo and his wife Cinzia Primatesta are the patrons of the 2-Michelin-star restaurant within their luxury 5-star Villa Crespi on Italy's Lake Orta (top row). Masterchef Cannavacciuolo's menus are characterized by excellent raw materials and creative Mediterranean dishes, and before he apprenticed in the kitchen, he trained at hotelier school.
The couple has recently added to their hotel collection with more modern-styled boutique properties: Laqua by the Sea in Sorrento; Laqua Countryside in Sorrento with a 1-Michelin starred restaurant; Laqua by the Lake on Lake Orta; and Laqua Vineyard in Pisa.
Bellefeuille, 1 Michelin Star
This spring, Chef Julien Dumas was awarded a Michelin star for Bellefeuille, the new restaurant at the newly renovated Saint James Paris hotel. The year-old Bellefeuille is part of the rebirth of the hotel and private club, the only chateau-hotel in Paris, which has just completed a total renovation to its interiors, gardens, spa and restaurants. An outdoor terrace restaurant, also helmed by Dumas, opened this summer.
Chef Dumas is fully committed to preserving biodiversity. Through constant sourcing work, he favors artisans of land and sea who practice responsible methods. The vegetables on his menu are grown in the hotel’s organic garden south of Paris and brought to the Saint James by electric van.
Seta, 2 Michelin Stars

Hotel Eden Roc's La Brezza, 1 Michelin star
Conceived by the Cerea family in Italy, the Da Vittorio restaurant at Carlton Hotel St. Moritz offers authentic, Italian-based award-winning dishes created by family member Paolo Rota served in a very relaxed setting.
The outstanding performance in the kitchen by the Italian gourmet dynasty continues to impress Michelin Guide critics who awarded the restaurant a Michelin star after the restaurant’s very first winter season. A second star followed in February 2020. The GaultMillau guide awarded the fine-dining restaurant 18 points and described it as Switzerland's best Italian restaurant.
At sister property, Hotel Eden Roc in Ascona on Lake Maggiore in southern Switzerland, The Restaurant La Brezza earned 1 Michelin Star and 17 GaultMillau Points. La Brezza offers sophisticated gourmet cuisine. GaultMillau crowned its 30-year-old chef Marco Campanella "Discovery of the Year 2019 in Ticino."
