Hi J.MAKers! It’s Meg here, a.k.a. CRO.ME, back from Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary in Koh Samui, Thailand, and this one completely reset me. It’s not your typical green juice and yoga mat kind of place or a typical beach resort for that matter. Kamalaya is full-on wellness, however that resonates with you. The whole property flows down a tropical hillside overlooking the Gulf of Thailand, wrapped around a centuries old monk meditation cave that still hums with energy. Phones are discouraged, clocks barely matter, and somewhere between the ocean air and the quiet you start to feel like yourself again.
