The Claflin House
The Claflin House was built in the classic and traditional Cape Cod style and has undergone a complete interior and landscaping renovation since Chatham Bars Inn acquired it in 2019. The home has four bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and an additional powder room on the first floor. The Master Suite features a separate staircase leading to a king bedroom with a gas fireplace and a soaking tub in the bathroom. A convenient first-floor bedroom features a queen bed. The second staircase leads to a second Master Suite with a king bed and the fourth bedroom with two double beds. A full gourmet kitchen serves as a center point in the home with two separate living areas and a formal dining room. The Claflin House also features a private beach cabana and easy access to the Inn’s private dock. Perfectly positioned between the Inn’s private beach, outdoor pool, and tennis courts, Claflin House makes it easy to take part in all the happenings at Chatham Bars Inn.
The Octagon House
This 5,100 square foot three-level octagonally-shaped luxury residence wows guests with its beach front location and spectacular views in every direction. The home features 4 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms and 2 powder rooms. At the top is a third floor Master Suite, accessible via stairway or elevator, with a king bed, his and her bathrooms and a study with a wet bar and pocket doors for privacy. The second Master Suite has a beautiful balcony off the bedroom, a large bathroom and a private office with pocket doors. The third bedroom’s two twin beds can be transformed to a king bed and has an ensuite bath with a separate powder room and dressing area. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom. The home features a full kitchen, washer and dryer and french doors leading to the outdoor terrace with a gas grill and outdoor dining area. The Kettledrum House
Ideally situated on the grounds of the quintessential Chatham Bars Inn, the Kettledrum House is perfect for family vacations or small groups seeking the finest accommodations on Cape Cod. The two-story Kettledrum House can easily accommodate up to 10 guests with four bedrooms and a sofa bed. First-floor highlights include a spacious living room with exposed wood beams and a gas fireplace, a full kitchen with a washer and dryer, a dining room with a dining table for 8 guests, and an all-seasons sunroom filled with light throughout the year. The first-floor bedroom features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and easily accessible stairs lead to the second floor offering two king-size and one with two queen beds private bedrooms. The Kettledrum House features a private beach cabana on Chatham Bars Inn’s private quarter-mile beach.
